The British Group of IABSE is very pleased to welcome you to Future of Design London 2016, a conference for young engineers, architects and other professionals early in their careers aimed at promoting design and inspiring future generations.
This event is a unique platform for networking and to be inspired by the leading figures in the design world. It will include presentations on current cutting edge designs as well as discussions about the future challenges of our profession.
This year will feature two Young Designers competitions which are open to all engineers, architects and students under 35 years old. The first will be a one-page paper competition encouraging designers to submit a summary of their innovative work for presentation during the conference. The second will be a team design competition to be judged at the conference.
The event will be a full day at Imperial College London on the 8th September 2016 and will be followed by an evening dinner.
