The event will discuss skills\, opportunities\, risks and difficulties. \nThe panel will be chaired by John Collins (bridge engineer and Associate at Roughan & O’Donovan)\, and will consist of: \n\nMark Bulmer\, bridge engineer and Technical Director at AECOM.\nCatherine Noakes\, environmental engineering for buildings\, Professor at the University of Leeds.\nMichael Thorogood\, mechanical engineer\, co-founder and Director of Eadon Consulting.\nNiall Fagan\, Head of Engineering – Capital Delivery Eastern\, Network Rail\n\nA light buffet will be provided by the event sponsors\, Roughan & O’Donovan.
