The IABSE British Group is delighted to welcome you to the Future of Design Leeds 2025, a full-day conference for young engineers aimed at promoting the work of early careers designers and inspiring the future generation, held on the 10th of April at the University of Leeds School of Mechanical Engineering.

Speakers & Workshop
The day’s itinerary will include a variety of inspiring speakers from across the industry, an interactive workshop, panel discussion and a networking event in the evening – with lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day. Some confirmed speakers include:

Competitions
As part of the Future of Design Leeds 2025, we will hosting both sketch and paper competitions to give you, as young designers, the opportunity to showcase your technical ability and involvement in your field.
The briefs for each competition are now available below and the results of both competitions will be announced during the course of the FoD Leeds 2025 Conference.
